We have 3 and 5 business days processing time before our products are shipped. Our team will do their best to ship your purchases within 24 hours or the next day. If the purchase is after 11:00 on a Saturday, we will probably ship the product on Monday.

If you still want to return a product, we understand, here are the details:
You can return the backdrops up to 7 days after the date of purchase.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
A $3 processing fee will be deducted from the order
Please fill out the tracking form below for a guaranteed return. We will need the tracking number to process the return.
Products must be in new and unused condition.
Products with a customized logo cannot be returned.
You will receive a full product refund, excluding shipping costs. Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the product.
